Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at RING AND CHAIN!

Refunds and Returns will be dealt with on an individual basis. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to provide proof of purchase and an eligible reason from the list below within 60 calendar days of your purchase. Please email all requests to ringandchaininfo@gmail.com

1. Wrong item size or wrong product shipped
2. Product didn’t match the website or catalog description
3. Product did not meet customer expectations

After we receive your request, our team of professionals will evaluate it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the refund after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers can also request a new product if they are unsatisfied with their goods but this will also be considered on an individual basis.
