Refund and Returns Policy

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Return requests must be made in writing to ringandchaininfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Please package your item/s back in the original packaging, all tags need to be attached to the unworn item/s and there needs to be no evidence of stains or odours. Your return needs to arrive back to our office within 14 days of your request. 

We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.

We will process the refund within 2 working days of receiving your returned items, but it may take a further 3-5 working days for a refund to show in your bank account, dependant upon the bank.You will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEMS

Exchange requests must be made in writing to ringandchaininfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Please package your item/s back in the original packaging, all tags need to be attached to the unworn item/s and there needs to be no evidence of stains or odours. We do not provide free shipping labels so it is the customer's responsibility to return their item/s if they require an exchange. 

We will process the exchange (if available) within 2 working days of receiving your returned items.

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds on all full price items. Any items purchased in sale or with a promotional code will be refunded via store credit on an e-gift card.

Exchanges, Refunds and Returns will be dealt with on an individual basis. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to provide proof of purchase and an eligible reason from the list below within 14 calendar days of your receiving your item/s. Please email all requests to ringandchaininfo@gmail.com

1. Wrong item size or wrong product shipped
2. Product didn’t match the website or catalog description
3. Damaged product

After we receive your request, our team will evaluate it and process your refund.
